MyDoc product updates for June 2017
MyDoc has released numerous features and product roll-outs in the last couple of months. Here’s a quick update on all the major changes in MyDoc and how we’re making your healthcare experience even better. Leave us a comment or send us a message if you have any further questions.
Instant Video Consults for faster healthcare
To make access to healthcare faster and more efficient, we’re introducing this new feature. Medical professionals can now initiate instant video consults with patients. With a simple tap on the video button, a video consult will be initiated allowing the patient and the doctor to seamlessly move from chatting to video without the need to schedule or book a timeslot in advance. This enables convenience to both doctors and patients and waiting time is reduced.
Virtual Clinic Bot
Patient engagement remains a core goal of our service and MyDoc’s new virtual clinic bot attends to queries that need immediate attention and assists in scheduling video consults for patients. This helps make sure patients are getting the right level of care, being provided the right pre-consult information and getting a video consultation as quickly as possible.
MyDoc users can now forward a message from one conversation to another. This feature provides an easy option for patients to get the second opinion by sharing your health screening results or other information whilst retaining full control of who sees your healthcare data. This feature is only available on our web app for now.
MyDoc’s partners can now onboard users through unique identifiers like a policy or membership number. This feature allows users to gain access to private groups that offer premium services. Our partners now have a simple solution to onboard large numbers of patients and accurately control access to the online health services.
Android for Doctors
Medical professionals can now access their MyDoc accounts on Android phones and tablets as well as on iOS devices and the web.
