Singapore’s first island-wide Digital Health programme
This corporate wellness initiative also marks the first island-wide digital health launch, with the introduction of MyDoc’s digital health programme as part of the corporate health screenings. SMEs can take advantage of messaging or video consults using the MyDoc mobile app or web service as well as receiving their results directly to their phone or computer.
Dr Snehal Patel, CEO and Co-Founder, “This is a real game-changer in Singapore’s healthcare industry and we’re proud to be part of the initiative. Digital health is an inevitable evolution within the industry and we’re glad that the HPB is showing such proactive vision. We’ve already successfully completed thousands of health screenings in Singapore, helping reduce time and resource wastage, as well as improve the overall healthcare experience for thousands of Singaporeans.”
MyDoc users have shown an increase from an average of 10% follow-up rate up to 85% in some cases. This is because MyDoc simplifies the process of accessing healthcare and in this particular instance makes consulting a qualified doctor; faster and more efficient with no time wasted travelling to a clinic or sitting in a waiting room. Participants who choose the MyDoc-run programs will be able to access a panel of qualified doctors the MyDoc mobile app or web service.
